anxiety tests

Is there gender differences in test anxiety?

Do males have more test anxiety than females ,or do females have more test anxiety than males and why? Who is test anxiety more common in and why??

I believe that it is equal in both sexes, usually test anxiety comes with a lack of preparation, instead of simply a innate anxiety problem. If you are formed to cram in the last minute then apparently you are going to be anxious. Otherwise, test anxiety can be associated with social anxiety and simply a tendency to be nervous in good students who prepare well for tests. Lack of confidence also hurts as well. But it is not known that one gender is more test anxious than the other.

Test Anxiety

Since there is a lot of misunderstanding in regards to panic attacks, I’d like to start by asking you a few simple questions. Have you ever ended up in ER because you thought you were having a heart attack, and after they check you out they told you it was an anxiety attack? Maybe you have thoughts that your breathing will stop because your chest feels tight? Have you ever taken a drive and been pressed down with the fear that you’ll get stuck in traffic on top of a bridge (or under one)? Ever thought you were going to lose control and go crazy? Do you find yourself getting on edge and feeling nervous in situations that used to have no effect on you? If you experience any of these feelings, you could be suffering from anxiety.
